Charles E. Bell, 59, of Willow Grove on September 18, 2007.  He is survived by his beloved children Ellen T. Bell of King of Prussia and Michael A. Bell of Bensalem, his brother Joseph S. Bell (Margaret) of Florida, and Mona Mitchell.  Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Saturday September 22, 2007 from 830am to 930am at the John J.
