Joyce A. Landauer (nee Neff), 65, of Philadelphia on April 8, 2009. She is survived by her children Cheri Erhard (Ernie), Nancy Anderson (Scott), and Denise Servis (Michael), and her grandchildren Rob, Scott, David, Caitlyn, Sean, and Grace. She was preceded in death by her husband Elmer “Russ” Landauer Jr. and her brother William Neff Jr..
