Brook Palmer (Mildred Juracek), 91, of North Wales, formerly of New York City, on February 23, 2011.
She was an actress and model in New York.
She was preceded in death by her sisters Anne Zavesky, Mary Fitzgerald, Elsie Smith, and Albina Brown, and her brother Robert Juracek.
She is survived by her sister Stephanie Curtis, her nieces Mary Anne Dunbar (Richard), and Jo Anne Zavesky, and many other nieces and nephews locally and in the Chicago Area.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Memorial Mass on Monday February 28, 2011 at 10am at Mary, Mother of the Redeemer Catholic Church, 1325 Upper State Road, North Wales, PA 19454. Visitation in church from 9am to 945am.
