Patricia Ann Zeltner (nee Brezina) 42, of Hatboro on February 28, 2009.  She is survived by her husband Keith E. Zeltner, her children Keith K. , Kandace A. Craven (Jesse), and Kile R,  her parents Joseph E. Brezina, and Patricia A. Brezina (nee Zadaeka)., her brother Joseph E. Brezina Jr (Tess), and her sister Kelly A. Brezina.  Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Friday March 6, 2009 from 10am to 11am at the John J. Bryers Funeral Home, 406 N Easton Rd. , Willow Grove PA 19090.  Funeral Service to follow to 11am. Interment is private.
