Albert D. Lambert, Jr.

Albert D. Lambert Jr., loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 17, 2018 under the dedicated care of the staff at Legacy House, Hospice of Marion County. He was 93. Albert was born in Philadelphia, PA, the fifth of eleven children. He was a long term resident of Abington, PA. He served in the U.S. Coast Guard during WWII and returned to Abington where he worked as a builder and store owner until retiring to Florida. He enjoyed golfing and was devoted to caring for his yard. Albert was predeceased by his loving wife of 66 years, Kay. He leaves behind his daughter, Cathy, son-in-law Steve, his grandchildren, Steve and Mary Beth, four great grandchildren, two remaining siblings and many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Friday November 9, 2018 from 9am to 10am at the John J. Bryers Funeral Home, 406 Easton RD., Willow Grove PA 19090.  Funeral Mass to follow at 10:30am at St. David RC Church, 316 Easton Rd., Willow Grove PA 19090.  Interment will be in Hillside Cemetery, 2556 Susquehanna Rd, Roslyn, PA 19001.
