Wellington Alfred "Bill" Chamberlin

Wellington Alfred “Bill” Chamberlin died peacefully in his sleep on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at the age of 82.

He was the husband of the late Judith (Zinn) Chamberlin; father of Laurel McFatridge (Kip), Cheryl Leigh, Amy-Beth Azzaro (Joe) and Leslie Jones (Greg); grandfather of Rory, Allison, Scott, William, Nicholas, Elizabeth, and Annabelle; and great-grandfather of Dagny, Clifton, Frankie, Wellington, and Parker.

Bill was a loving father, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend to all of his pals. A resident of Upper Dublin for nearly 60 years, Bill was usually found in gear supporting the University of Maryland, his alma mater, or one of his grandchildren’s schools or sports teams.  After starting his career in engineering with General Electric, he joined Philadelphia’s Technitrol Inc. where he began in sales and ultimately became the company’s General Manager. In his retirement, he enjoyed traveling and dancing with his sweetheart, Judy, cooking for his family, singing and laughing with friends, cheering on local sports teams, and meticulously combing the circulars for the very best coupons he could find.

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation from 12pm to 2pm on Sunday, December 15, 2019 at John J. Bryers Funeral Home, 406  Easton Rd., Willow Grove, PA 19090.

There will be no services or memorial on Sunday, visitation only.
