Agnes Mulvihill, a longtime resident of Hatboro, peacefully passed away at home with family on Monday, April 5, 2021, at the age of 90.
Born and raised in Philadelphia, Agnes was the daughter of John and Gertrude Malone and sister of the late Gertrude Malone Johnston. Agnes was a proud graduate of Little Flower Catholic High School.
Agnes was the devoted and loving wife of the late John M. Mulvihill. As dedicated parents during their 46 years of marriage, together they lovingly nurtured and raised a diverse, dynamic and successful family of 12 children, including their sons Thomas and Kevin who pre-deceased them. Agnes was also blessed with 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, including her grandson John Mulvihill who pre-deceased her. Agnes is also survived by many loving extended family members.
Agnes was a loving, empathetic woman and mother who was blessed with a quiet wisdom and a wonderful sense of humor that served her well during her long and event-filled life. She enjoyed being with family and friends and in turn, everyone enjoyed being with her. Truly, everyone who knew Agnes loved her. Agnes will certainly be dearly missed; however, she will certainly never be forgotten. Her family remains as a testament to her legacy of faith, dedication, purpose and love.
