Obituary for Angel Michael Sanchez

It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Angel Michael Sanchez, age 65, of Philadelphia, PA, who passed away on February 3, 2025. Angel was born on December 28, 1958, in Philadelphia, PA, and was a cherished member of his community.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Tomas & Marta Sanchez, his loving wife, Lourdes Sanchez, and his siblings, Andres, William, and Aurea. Angel leaves behind his beloved children: Angel Elliot, Erica Melissa, and Daniel Modesto, along with his six grandchildren: Adelaide, Bernadette, Lucas, Margherita, Eliana, and Maria Faustina.

Angel was the proud owner of Viva Foods, a business he ran for over 30 years, becoming a well-respected and prominent figure in his community. His dedication to his work, along with his kind and caring nature, earned him the love and admiration of many. Angel was not only a businessman but also a pillar of support for those around him. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

An avid lover of music, family, and his culture, Angel found joy in spending time with his grandchildren, creating lasting memories that will be cherished forever. His legacy of love, warmth, and generosity will continue to live on through his family and the community that held him dear.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, February 7, 2025, at St. Peter’s the Apostle Church, with a viewing from 9:00 to 11:00 am, followed by a Mass service at 11:00 am. Burial will take place immediately following at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.

Angel's memory will live on in the hearts of his loved ones, and he will never be forgotten.
