D. Lorraine (Welte) Franklin

D. Lorraine Franklin (nee Welte) of Willow Grove, PA. died Sunday July 19, 2020 in her family home surrounded by loved ones. She was 81 years old. Lorraine was met with open arms by her beloved husband John and their sons Johnny and Steven. She is survived by her daughters Sharon Clinton, Kathy Oswalt (Mark) and Lynn O’Donnell (Jeffery), her grandchildren Nichole, Mark, Justin, Samantha, Christopher, and her great granddaughter Rylee. Sister of Raymond Welte, Joseph Welte, Sally Ann McDermott, Butch Welte, Sister Ann Raymond (Dolly) and the late Marie McDonald. Lorraine was a woman driven by compassion with the ability to produce a smile on any face and will continue to do so through her stories and memories, she will be missed by many friends and family.
