Eileen A. Blastic

Eileen A. Blastic, (nee Moran) of Willow Grove, PA passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on July 19, 2025 at the age of 92. 

Eileen was preceded in death by her loving husband of 53 years, Maynard M. Blastic.  Her parents, Patrick and Anna Moran, her brother, Joseph Moran, sisters, Madeline MacKay and Sister Patricia Moran, OP. 

Eileen will be greatly missed by her loving daughters, Sharon T. Blastic, Brenda A. Wilson (Jack), and Deborah E. Blastic.  She also leaves behind a wonderful legacy in her three granddaughters, Justine Ivcic (Michael), Michelle Wilson, and Julia Myers (Jeffrey), and her nine great grandchildren, Audrey, Ava, Patrick, Landon, Cooper, Violet, Jeffrey, Jack, and Jameson.  She is also survived by her sister-in-law, Joanne Moran and many nieces and nephews.   

Eileen was a proud 1951 graduate of Little Flower Catholic High School in Philadelphia.  She married her husband in 1952 and began her family. Her greatest love was raising her daughters.   She loved spending time in Rehoboth Beach, DE with her children and grandchildren.  Eileen was also an employee of Sears and Roebuck Company where she made many friends.  Eileen was fiercely loyal to those she loved, especially her husband, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was devoted to her many animal charities and cared deeply for the less fortunate.  She was a faithful member of St David parish for the last 70 years.   Relatives and friends are invited to Eileen’s visitation at St David RCC at 316 Easton Road, Willow Grove, PA 19090 at 9:30 am on Thursday July 24, 2025, followed by Mass at 10:30 am.  Internment will immediately follow at St. John Neumann Cemetery in Chalfont, PA.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Eileen’s name may be sent to either the ASPCA (secure.aspca.org/donate/memorial) or to  PETA  (support.peta.org), and would be greatly appreciated.
