Florence "Floss" M. Crawford

Florence M. Crawford passed away on August 15, 2024.  Born in Philadelphia to Bernon and Roberta Crawford.  She graduated from Presbyterian Hospital School of Nursing in 1963, where she was an instructor of nursing students for several years.  Florence earned her BSN from University of Pennsylvania.  Later, she also was employed at Chestnut Hill Hospital and Main Line Health.  Most recently Florence was honored by the Alumnae Association of Presbyterian Hospital with the Florence Nightingale Award.

She is survived by brother Frank (Linda), nephew Chad and nieces Lisa Carlo, and Lora Sofield (Thomas), and one great niece and three great nephews.

Floss was a blessing to all that knew her with kindness and compassion. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
