ROSSI, Frank E., Jr. died suddenly at his home on July 29, 2023. He is survived by his incredibly patient wife of 52 years, Christina as well as his “fine” children, Jessica and David, along with his treasured son-in-law Tucker, cherished daughter-in-law Christy and life-long sparring partner/brother Mark. President and owner of PPSCo, his top job was bragging about his Colorado-based grandchildren - Linden, Christopher, Oakly and Leo. In lieu of a service or memorial, Frank would ask you to instead “always look on the bright side of life.”
