James Robert Finley, 66, of Feasterville, PA, passed away peacefully on October 16, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Philadelphia on June 1, 1959, James was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend.

A proud and hardworking man, James dedicated 38 years of his life as a skilled steamfitter with Local 420. His commitment to his trade and unmatched work ethic left a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of working beside him.

James was the beloved husband of Regina Finley (Reimold), and the cherished father of Brandy Capozio (Mark), Holly Gleisberg (Gary), James Finley (Sarah), Shane Finley, and Dominic Finley.

He was a loving grandfather to Elana (Jay), Tyler, Mark, Ivy, Adaline, Brooklyn, Samantha, James, Haley (Fred) and Luke, and a proud great-grandfather to Giovanni and Jay as well as many nieces and nephews who held a special place in his heart.

James is survived by his siblings, Sharon Gibson (Mike) and Dan Finley (Sharon), Sister in Law Violet Finley. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Ethel Finley, his brother Michael Finley and his son-in-law, Ronald Gleisberg. He also shared a deep bond with extended family members Courtney, Michael, Rachel, Landon, and Isabella. 

James will be remembered for his strong spirit, deep love for his family, and unwavering loyalty. Whether on the job, sharing stories, or spending time with his grandchildren, he brought warmth, humor, and dedication to every part of his life.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Tuesday October 21, 2025 from 6pm to 7:30pm at the John J. Bryers Funeral Home, 406 Easton Rd, Willow Grove PA 19090. A Funeral Service will follow at 7:30pm.

Interment will be private
