JOE GRADUATED ST. FRANCIS OF ASSISI PARRISH SCHOOL AND NORTH CATHOLIC HIGH.
AFTER A TWO YEAR TOUR IN THE U.S. ARMY, ARTILLERY CORPS, ONE YEAR SERVED ON THE KOREAN D.M.Z. IN 1967.
UPON HIS MILITARY SEPARATION, HE CONTINUED HIS EDUCATIONAL PURSUITS, EARNING DEGREES FROM LA SALLE UNIVERSITY AND THE UNIVERSITY OF PENNSYLVANIA.
HE HELD VARIOUS MANAGERIAL POSITIONS IN A VARIETY OF FOOD MANUFACTURING CONCERNS PRIOR TO FORMING HIS ACCOUNTING SERVICES FIRM IN 2003 TO 2008.
RETIRING AT AGE 62. HE ENJOYED HIS CATS, GARDENING, GORMET COOKING AND RELAXING WITH HIS MUSIC ON THE GARDEN DECK.
IN LIEU OF FLOWERS, DONATIONS MAY BE MADE TO THE OBLATES OF ST. FRANCIS DE SALES, CHILDS, MD.
