Obituary
Karen M. Carpenter, 68, passed on July 11, 2023.
Beloved wife of the late Robert J. Carpenter. Loving mother of Megan (Ben) Jones and devoted grandmother (granny/gigi) to Madelyn and Henry Jones. Daughter of the late Myles S. and Agnes F. McDonnell. Karen is also survived by her sisters Nancy McDonnell, Patricia (Brian) Sheehan, and Margaret (Kurt) Eisenschmid; and brother James (Elaine) McDonnell. Karen was predeceased by her brothers, Paul and Myles McDonnell. She was also a loving aunt to many nieces and nephews, whom she cherished dearly. She is also survived by her best friend of over 60 years, Karen Long.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Memorial Service on Friday July 14, 2023 at 11am at the John J. Bryers Funeral Home, 406 Easton Road, Willow Grove PA 19090. Visitation from 10am to 11am.
Interment will follow at St. John Neumann Cemetery, 3797 County Line Rd, Chalfont, PA 18914.
