Kathleen E. Grabarz

Kathy E. (nee Zeltner), age 66, of Horsham, passed away November 2, 2025. She was the beloved wife of Frank Grabarz Jr of Horsham, loving mother of Kelly Mitchell (Mark) of Philadelphia, Sean Walters of Glenside, Frank Grabarz III (Nicole) of Lithia FL, and Samantha Grabarz (Ty) of Boston MA. As well as an amazing grand-mom to Keira. 

Kathy loved traveling with her husband and children, especially the weekend get a ways to the Borgata with her husband, and the many traditions and inside jokes they shared. She looked forward to her concert summers each year and listening to live music. When she was home you always knew there was music playing- they loved Jimmy Buffet. 

Along with her husband, children, and grand-daughter, Kathy is survived by her brother Chris Zeltner, sister Beth Zeltner, and sister in-law Colleen Zeltner, along with many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers; donations may be made to Blood Cancer United Light the Night.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Memorial Service on Monday November 10, 2025 at 11am at the John J. Bryers Funeral Home, 406 Easton Road, Willow Grove PA 19090.  There will be a time to greet the family before the service from 10am to 11am.

Interment is private.
