Laura Pitetti Obituary
Laura Diane Geissler Pitetti, born February 13, 1932 in McKinley, Pennsylvania. She was 93 years young! Diane died at home in Southampton, Pennsylvania.
She was born to Edwin and Laura Gill Geissler and was the youngest of nine children. Diane was preceded in death by her Mother and Father, brothers George, Edwin, Leslie, Paul, Norman, William, Joseph and sister Vivian Chambers. She is survived by her daughters, Sandra Pitetti Sale and Lorraine D. Roeschen. Diane was also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Diane graduated from Abington High School in 1949. She worked hard as an Administrative Secretary until retirement at the age of 84.
She was an avid bowler, loved golf and quite good at both. She loved her hobbies of needlework including needlepoint, crocheting and sewing when we were young. You would often find her reading and doing her crossword puzzles with a pen! She loved knitting and took pride and pleasure knitting blankets for Project Linus, an organization that provided blankets to children 0-18 in the United States who are seriously ill, traumatized, or may be in need. But, her favorite pastime was watching, listening or attending any Philadelphia Phillies game!
Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Thursday November 13, 2025 from 10am to 11am at the John J. Bryers Funeral Home, 406 Easton Road, Willow Grove PA 19090. A Memorial Service will follow at 11am.
