Lusintak (Ararat) Arargil

Lusintak “Lusi “ Arargil, 95, passed away peacefully on May 30 2026.

Born and raised in Istanbul Turkey , she showed her remarkable initiative and confidence by starting her own seamstress business as a teenager . Together with her loving husband Agop she developed the business into a successful factory before following their sons in immigrating to The United States. She was very committed to her husband, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren throughout her life . She enjoyed sewing ,cooking, watching soccer and testing her knowledge with trivia and game shows. She loved walking her dog around Brigantine and was a devoted homemaker, enjoying the simple pleasures of everyday life in the later years of her life.

She is survived by her sons Vahan (Madeline) and Simon (Arlene ), grandchildren Vahan , Arek (Krista ), Garen (Lindsay) and Lusintak , great -grandchildren Ava and Kieran as well as many family and friends here and abroad .

Services will be held at The Holy Trinity Armenian Church , 101 Ashmead Road Cheltenham PA 19012 on Friday June 5th , 2026 . Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects at 10:00AM .Church service will begin at 10:30 AM .

Burial will follow after church at The Lawnview Cemetery at 5600 Huntington Pike , Rockledge , PA 19046 .

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to The Holy Trinity Armenian Church .
