Obituary
Mary Lou Graham (nee Fagan), 68, of Horsham passed on February 28, 2023.
She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas A. Graham III.
She is survived by her sisters Patty Fagan-Greenwood (Art), Susan Lowe (Mike), and Eileen Fagan-Fittery (Mark), her brother Patrick Fagan (Maureen), her sister in laws his sisters, Maryann Dennis, Elizabeth J. Graham-Rubin, Madeleine Webb, Regina Maioriello, and Frances Davis, and many nieces and nephews.
Mary Lou dedicated herself for over 40 years working for the Archdioceses of Philadelphia as a teacher and guidance counselor, most recently at Lansdale Catholic High School. She found joy in teaching and mentoring her “ kids” encouraging them to join her in many volunteer activities.
She loved spending time with her husband traveling, visiting friends and family, reading, music, especially Jimmy Buffet concerts.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral Mass on Wednesday March 8, 2023 at 11am at St. Catherine of Siena RC Church, 321 Witmer RD., Horsham PA 19040. Visitation in church from 10am to 11am.
Interment will be private.
