Mary C. Rombola

Mary Celeste Rombola, age 91, passed away peacefully on January 10, 2022, after a brief illness.

Born on June 23, 1930, in Abington, Pennsylvania.  She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Ruzzi) Rombola., and sister to an infant brother, Joseph.   Beloved wife of 54 years to the late Frank A. Rombola, Sr. 

Dearest mother of Frank A. Rombola, Jr., Joseph Rombola (Barbara), and Pat Rombola (June).  Devoted grandmother of 8 grandchildren and great-grandmother of 13 great grandchildren, and loving aunt to many nieces and nephews.

Mary was a longtime resident of Willow Grove and a member of Saint David’s Parish.  Her life was dedicated to her family whom she loved very much.

She was a hairdresser, homemaker, business owner, floral designer and in her later years an after-school aid at Saint David’s School.  But her most important role was that of a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. 

Relatives and friends are invited to Mary’s viewing on Friday, January 14, 2022, from 9:30am to 10:30 at Saint David’s Roman Catholic Church, 316 Easton Road, Willow Grove, PA. 19440.  Her Mass of Christian burial to follow at 10:30am.  Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Saint David’s at the address above.
