Mary A. (Stuart) Stott

Mary A. (Stuart) Stott age 93, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Wednesday, October 21, 2020.  She was born in Philadelphia on 1/19/1927 and moved to Charleston, SC in 2015. Mary was a loving wife to the late Joseph A. Stott. Preceded in death by her sister Marian (Stuart) Quinn and her brothers Martin and James Stuart.

Survived by her loving daughters Nancy Draggoo (Harry) and Jo-Ann Vollum (Jeffrey) She loved her grandchildren so much and they will all miss her beyond words, Stacey Forepaugh (Timothy), Michael Draggoo (Amy), Steven Burzynski, James Burzynski (Megan) and Lyndsey Johnson (Spencer) she had  7 great grandchildren, Kayla, Brandon, Madison, Matthew, Dakota, Taelyn and Octavia.  She is also survived by her sister Jeannette (Stuart) Young and many nieces and nephews.

She was born in Philadelphia where she raised her family.  She was a devoted wife, mother, nan and sister.  She adored her grandchildren and walking the aisles of K-Mart with them when they were little! She especially loved being a Dog-Mom!  Family was everything to her, they were her world!  She was an extraordinary caring and loving person and touched the hearts of all who had the privilege of being in her life.  She will be sadly missed and forever in our hearts.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Memorial Service, on Saturday November 14, 2020 at 11am at the John J. Bryers Funeral Home, 406 Easton Rd., Willow Grove PA 19090.  Visitation from 10am to 10:45am.
