Miguel Angel Diaz, 86, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 17, 2025, in Fairfax County, Virginia. Born in Utuado, Puerto Rico, Miguel grew up in a small rural town where he began his life’s journey surrounded by family and community. Miguel started his career as a farmer before discovering his passion for auto repair, taking pride in fixing and painting cars. Known for his quiet demeanor, he spoke sparingly but always with wisdom and meaning, leaving a lasting impact on those around him. Widowed in 2017 after the passing of his beloved wife, Natividad Diaz, his six children survive Miguel: Michael, James, Linda, Monica, David, and Veronica. In his final five years, Miguel lived with his son David, bringing joy to his family through his wisdom, intelligence, consistency, pragmatism, dependability, and warm friendliness. He cared deeply for all of his children and would always hold his phone as he looked forward to their regular calls. He also looked forward to hearing from his extended family. A funeral service will be held at Saint Catherine of Siena Church in Horsham, PA, on Friday, August 22, 2025, with burial to follow next to his wife, Naty, at Hatboro Cemetery. Miguel’s legacy of love and quiet strength will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
