Patricia M. Hoffman (nee Costello), 65, of Willow Grove passed on September 21, 2020. She is survived by her husband Charles Hoffman, her children Charles Hoffman Jr., Cherise Hoffman, Debra McIntyre (Jason), Christina Forr (Patrick Moore), Crystal Schmidt (Thomas), and Jennifer Hoffman (Rey Vasquez), her brothers Richard Costello, and Robert Costello, a sister Janet Costello, 24 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.

Interment and services will be private.
