Patrick W. Moore

Patrick W. Moore, 43, of Douglassville, passed on December 2, 2024.

He is the beloved husband of Tina Forr, loving father of Lucas and Logan, son of Joanne and William Moore and brother of Kevin, Brian and Kieran. He is survived by his loving extended family including his “sister wives” and countless nieces and nephews. Pat was a beautiful soul who was proud of his family and career. He was a Hilti man to the end. His sense of humor and resilience were like none other. He was a master in the kitchen, always whipping up family favorites. He was fiercely loyal with a strong desire to protect all that he loved. He will always be in our hearts.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Saturday December 7, 2024 from 10am to 12pm at the John J. Bryers Funeral Home, 406 Easton Road, Willow Grove PA 19090.  A Funeral Service will follow at 12pm.

Interment will be private.
