Peggy L. Potts (nee Wolfington) of Venice, Florida, formerly of Jenkintown, PA, passed away on Saturday, September 5, 2020, at her home. She was 81.
Peggy was preceded in death by her loving husband Kenny, who she affectionately called “Pottsie.” She is survived by her four children: James F. Lynch (Rosemary), Lisa L. Bierbaumer (Sigi), Timothy J. Lynch (Susan) and Milissa A. Elaswad (Ali); three step-children: Joanne L. Mosemann, Kenneth J. Potts, and Jill L. Sonlin; thirteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Peggy and Kenny owned and operated their hot dog stand, KP’s Kurbside, in Jenkintown for many years. Known for her outgoing personality, Peggy always greeting her customers with a warm welcome and ended each year by leaving a note on her window wishing everyone well and looking forward to the next season.
The family would like to send a heartfelt thank you to the many dedicated friends and nurses in Florida who cared for Peggy in her final days.
Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Friday, September 11, 2020 at 10:30am at the John J. Bryers Funeral Home, 406 Easton Rd., Willow Grove PA 19090. Viewing from 10am to 10:30am.
Interment will be in Hillside Cemetery, 2556 Susquehanna Rd., Roslyn, PA 19001..
