Sue Bollendorf, a beacon of love, humor, and strength, passed away after a valiant battle with cancer at the age of 62. Sue lived a life filled with laughter, unwavering bravery, and profound affection for her family and friends.
Throughout her life, Sue was known for her infectious laughter and her ability to brighten any room with her quick wit and jokes. Her magnetic personality drew people close, and she effortlessly spread joy and warmth wherever she went. Her unwavering courage in the face of adversity was an inspiration to all who knew her. Sue was always supportive of her family and could be relied on for advice in the darkest moments for others.
Sue was a devoted wife to her loving husband of 32 years, Steve Bollendorf, and a nurturing mother to her daughter Sabrina and son Steven. Her love extended beyond her immediate family, embracing and loving her son-in-law, Geoff, and daughter-in-law, Marina, as her own. She cherished every moment spent with her family, creating memories that will last forever.
In addition to her immediate family, Sue leaves behind three siblings, nieces and nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, a multitude of friends and coworkers, and grandpups, all of whom were touched by her kindness, humor, and affectionate spirit.
Sue loved spending time with her family, reading, going on cruises, attending basketball and hockey games for her children, making people laugh, showing her patriotism, and hosting family gatherings.
The visitation will start at 10:00 am on Thursday, December 14, 2023 at the John J. Bryers Funeral Home, located at 406 Easton Road, Willow Grove, PA 19090. The Memorial Service will start at 11:00 am.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made to K9’s for Veterans in Sue's honor.
Interment is private.
