Terrence James Alexander, Sr., resident of Horsham, Marine Corps veteran, retired HVAC sales manager and generally excellent person, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 10, 2024 after 77 years of laughter and love.
If you knew Terry, you probably shared a connection with him – that was one of his gifts. The man loved making friends, and he had a genuine interest in the people he encountered. He also loved to make others laugh, always quick with a joke that could cut through a tense moment or add to the joy of a party.
Most importantly, Terry made sure to let others know they were appreciated and loved. He was a fantastic father, an adoring husband, the fun uncle and a doting grandfather & great grandfather. But above all, he was a friend – and that’s what made him special.
Terry will be missed by his many family members and friends, most notably his wife Barbara (Clarhaut), his daughter Jennifer (McGeehan), his son T.J., his daughter-in-law Mai Vy (DeJoseph), his grandchildren Lauren, Megan, Allison, Sierra and Ian, and his great granddaughter, Kaia.
Relatives and friends are invited to Terry's viewing on Tuesday March 19, 2024 from 10am to 10:45am at St. Catherine of Siena RC Church, 321 Witmer Road, Horsham PA 19044. A Funeral Mass will follow at 11am.
Interment will be held on Wednesday March 20, 2024 at 10:15am at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Rd, Newtown, PA 18940, (215) 504-5610.
