Obituary for Tri V Vo
December 25, 1934 - December 02, 2021
Montgomery, Pennsylvania | Age 87
Loving Husband, Father, Grandfather and Great-Grandfather
Tri V Vo of Philadelphia, PA, passed away on December 2, 2021 at the age of 87, surrounded by his loved ones.
Tri V Vo was a Lieutenant Colonel of The Republic of Vietnam (South Vietnam). After he fled his country in 1975 when communists took over South Vietnam, it took more than 15 years for his entire family to reunite in the United States. After suffering through many hardships in a communist dictatorship, all of his children studied and worked hard to have happy, successful lives in the land of opportunity. He wished for Vietnam to be free and to one day no longer be controlled by a communist dictatorship so that he could return to his motherland.
Tri V Vo was a devoted husband and loving father who enjoyed spending time with his family. He is survived by his beloved wife Hao Ton; his loving children Hanh V Vo (Thien-Kim Vo), Trinh Vo (Phuoc V Dinh), Hiep V Vo (Thuy L Nguyen), Hung V Vo (Hien-My Nguyen), Trang Vo (Don Nguyen), Han V Vo (Dung Vu), Hop V Vo (Giang H Nguyen), Truc Vo (Cuong V Dinh), Tra Vo, Giang Vo Nguyen (Long C Do); and his 24 adoring grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Monday, December 6, 2021, 5:00pm-7:30pm at John Bryers Funeral Home (406 Easton Rd, Willow Grove, PA, 19090).
