Yolando A. Sassano

Yolando (Yo) A. Sassano, 98 of Hatboro passed away on February 3, 2026 at Abington Hospital. Born May 4, 1927 in Altoona,  PA to Orlando and Alessandra (Palmucci) Azaleo.  She is survived by son Michael and his wife Dianne, grandsons Michael (Michelle) and Brian (Brie).  Yo is also survived by greatgrandchildren Nicholas, Michael, Brian and Lydia as well as many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her husband Nicholas, brothers Gabe and Matthew and sister Gracie, Jenny and Annie. Through her many years she enjoyed family gatherings, cooking, gardening and bus trips with her senior citizen’s group.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral Mass on Thursday February 12, 2026 at 11:30am at St. David RC Church, 316 Easton Rd, Willow Grove PA 19090.  There will be a viewing in church before mass from 10:30am to 11:15am.

Interment will follow in Whitemarsh Memorial Park.
